Why you should do yoga

Happy International Yoga Day! The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga. And I can tell you, there are a lot of benefits! I love to follow a yoga class once in a while at Balansz in Rotterdam. But you can also do yoga at home, there are many YouTube Yoga lessons that you can follow. And aren’t you a real yogi yet?
